A 4 3/4″ x 8 1/8″ maple, walnut, and mahogany striped cutting board. The maple used is curly ambrosia maple. the ambrosia effect is a result of the holes which are filled in on the cutting surfaces. The board is entirely food safe and finished with mineral oil and a mixture of beeswax and carnauba wax. This two step finish penetrates deep into the wood and hardens and seals the surface allowing the cutting board to maintain an even moisture content and dry off quickly.
